Occupational Therapy
Sensory Issues
The idea is that kids with sensory issues have too much or too little stimulation through their senses. Using different techniques, the OT tries to help kids feel more comfortable.
Feeding Issues
Feeding therapy, in its simplest form, is when a trained occupational or speech therapist helps teach a child how to eat or eat better.
Daily LIVING ISSUES
One way to look at basic activities of daily living is to think of them as the activities a person does when they get up in the morning preparing to leave the house and those they do regularly day in and day out.
